May 2003. The Firm Eulalio J. Minerva & Co. CPAs’ was formally organized as a general professional partnership for the purpose of carrying on the practice of accountancy in the Philippines with Mr. Elmer P. Minerva and the late Eulalio J. Minerva as the Managing Partner and Senior Partner, respectively. Both had substantial years and meaningful experience in public practice prior to 2003. Minerva. The principal office then was at the Baseline Complex, Juana Osmeña Street, Cebu City. Although the Firm is relatively young, the experiences and exposures of the individual partners in the fields of audit, corporate finance, taxation and management services are deemed extensive, rich, and highly impressive.
